I have been in the food industry since 1996. I was an Executive Chef for years. I owned and managed 2 restaurants and was a Chef Instructor in The University of St. La Salle, Philippines - TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) and ICA ( Institute for Culinary Arts) for 6 years.
