I am a Technical Writer and Editor working for a software company in Austin, TX. In May 2017, I received my Master of Arts in Technical Communication from Texas Tech University, with a certificate in Grants and Proposals.
I have made a hobby of editing creative writing projects. A good friend of mine is writing a series of high-fantasy novels, which I have been editing for about two years now. I also have extensive experience editing resumes and cover letters. Additionally, I have prior experience editing academic work as a Student Editor for the Petroleum Engineering department at Texas Tech.
My most valuable take-away from my degree is providing valuable feedback. I always strive to explain my reasoning for a change or suggest alternatives.
Work Terms
I am free in the evenings Tuesdays and Fridays, and all day on the weekends.
