Hi,

I am Elton, a web developer with 10+ years of experience. I've worked for big companies, (10 years at Globo.com globo.com) founded a startup as a CTO, where i was a developer and also lead a team of developers.

Now i am only working as a consultant/developer, i’ve worked with lots of technologies and programming languages(Java, ASP, PHP, Python) and also frontend(JavaScript using jquery, AngularJS, backbone), always using agile practices(Scrum, Kanban, XP, Pair programming)

In the past 5 years i am only working with Ruby on Rails and all it's ecosystem, using TDD with Rspec.
I also have unix server configuration expertise, using Nginx, Apache, and configuring VPS: Linode, Digital Ocean, and Heroku (PAAS)
