I turn chaotic projects into shipped products. Release mgmt, QA, Agile delivery & custom tooling — from first sticky note to go-live. ✈️ Global. Remote. Reliable.
I’m a delivery-obsessed project manager with 10+ years of experience taking software from “we have an idea” to “it’s live and working.” I don’t just manage meetings — I own outcomes.
My background spans enterprise implementations, consulting engagements, and scrappy cross-functional builds. I’ve onboarded three global clients end-to-end on a proprietary mobility platform — design through post-launch support — and I currently manage release cycles for large-scale SAP and Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations, where I also build the internal tooling that keeps everything running smoothly (Python, Power Automate, Azure DevOps).
Here’s what working with me actually looks like:
I get into a project fast. I ask the right questions in discovery, turn vague goals into clear user stories, and build a realistic plan that the team can actually execute. I coordinate designers, developers, QA testers, and stakeholders without letting anything fall through the cracks — and when something goes sideways (it always does), I fix it before it becomes your problem.
I’m equally comfortable in Jira or Azure DevOps, Agile or hybrid, MVP builds or complex multi-phase rollouts. I’ve worked across time zones, managed remote teams, and delivered on tight timelines without burning people out.
What I bring to your project:
→ End-to-end project ownership from discovery to post-launch
→ Requirements writing, backlog grooming, and sprint facilitation
→ QA coordination and release management
→ Custom automation and internal tooling (Python, Power Automate)
→ Clear, direct communication — no status theater
I’ve worked in travel/global mobility tech, enterprise SaaS, and consulting. I’m not here to send you weekly reports. I’m here to ship.
Work Terms
Available evenings and weekends CST, with flexibility for urgent needs. I work async-first — clear task ownership and Jira/ADO visibility mean you’re never waiting on me for an update. Prefer weekly syncs to align on priorities; daily standups available for active sprint phases.
Open to hourly or fixed-price depending on project scope. For ongoing engagements, I work best on a retainer or sprint-based structure. Milestone-based payment preferred for fixed projects.
Response time within 24 hours. Communication via Slack, email, or whatever your team uses — I adapt to your stack, not the other way around.
