Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+3, East Africa Time). I also respond to urgent inquiries on weekends whenever possible.
Payment Terms:
Projects are accepted through Guru SafePay. Milestone payments are preferred for larger projects, while smaller projects can be paid upon completion. Work begins after project details and payment terms are agreed upon.
Communication Style:
I believe in clear, prompt, and professional communication. I provide regular progress updates, respond to messages within 6 hours, and work closely with clients to ensure every project meets their expectations. I am available via Guru messages and video or voice calls when needed.
