I'm YouTuber and Artist Manager have lots of experience with video editing and some with special effects in after effects.
I'm from Venezuela so I can be very cheap 50$ for each video that long 10 minutes or less and 75$ for 20 minutes or less. With Special Effects it depends on what you want.
