With extensive experience in both residential and commercial projects, I specialize in taking a project from the initial concept and sketch phase through to detailed architectural drawings and 3D visualizations.

Work Terms
I aim for a transparent and collaborative process to ensure the best results for your project. My terms are as follows:
Payment via SafePay: I require the relevant milestone to be fully funded in SafePay before I begin any design or drafting work. This ensures protection for both parties.
Milestone-Based Delivery: For fixed-price projects, work is divided into clear stages (e.g., Concept, Drafting, Final Rendering). Payment is released upon the completion and approval of each stage.
Revision Policy: Each project includes two rounds of minor revisions at no extra cost. Significant changes to the initial project scope or design "footprint" after approval will be treated as a new task or billed at an hourly rate.
Communication: I provide regular updates and am available for consultations via Guru messages to ensure the project stays on track.
Final Files: High-resolution source files (DWG, RVT, PDF, etc.) will be delivered immediately upon the final milestone payment release.
Job Fees: I typically propose that the Guru job fee is split 50/50 between the freelancer and employer, though this is negotiable depending on the project scale.
