💳 Payment Terms
Milestone-Based: For standard projects, I work via Guru SafePay milestones. Payment is expected upon delivery of the final deliverables.

Large Projects: For extensive, full-scope GC bid packages, milestones can be broken down by trade divisions (e.g., Structural, Finishes, MEP) to keep the project moving smoothly.
