All projects begin with a detailed chat about your goals, target audience, and style preferences. Please provide any necessary brand guidelines, logos, and raw footage/assets upfront.Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround is 48-72 hours for short-form video and graphic design, depending on project complexity. Rush service is available upon request (subject to an additional fee).Communication: I primarily use guru Chat or Whatsapp,and respond within a few hours during my working hours.

🛠️ Revisions and Feedback
Included Revisions: Each project includes two (1) free rounds of minor revisions based on the initial agreed-upon brief.

Revision Scope: Minor revisions cover things like color changes, text placement adjustments, or swapping out a clip. Major changes (e.g., completely changing the voiceover or restyling the entire design) will require a re-quote.

Feedback Window: Please provide revision feedback within 24 hours to maintain the agreed-upon delivery schedule.
