I am a Structural Detailer and Revit BIM Modeler specializing in structural framing and construction-ready drawings. My core work focuses on foundation plans, floor framing plans, structural layouts, and detailed drawings that support smooth site execution and fabrication.
I work closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and builders to convert engineering inputs into clear, accurate, and well-coordinated structural drawings. I do not provide structural design services; instead, I focus on detailing, modelling, and documentation, ensuring drawings are practical, precise, and easy to interpret on site.
My experience includes working with wood/lumber structures, steel framing, RCC elements, and Revit-based BIM models. I pay strong attention to dimensions, levels, annotations, and coordination to minimise errors and rework during construction.
