I am a Registered Engineer with Zila Panchayat Lucknow and a Registered Licensed Technical Person (LTP) with Uttar Pradesh Awas Bandhu. I provide professional engineering solutions for residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. My expertise includes architectural planning, structural drawings, RCC design, AutoCAD drafting, floor plans, site plans, building elevations, construction drawings, BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and PDF to AutoCAD conversion. Work Terms
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (IST). I usually respond within a few hours.
Communication: Guru Messages, Google Meet, Zoom, or WhatsApp (when required).
Project Process: I discuss the project requirements before starting work. Regular updates are provided throughout the project.
Deliverables: PDF, DWG, DXF, and other required formats.
Revisions: Revisions are included within the agreed project scope to ensure complete client satisfaction.
Payment Terms: Payments are made securely through Guru according to the agreed project milestones.
