I help SaaS teams evaluate products and workflows before launch or major release decisions.

My work focuses on evidence-led analysis: understanding how key workflows function, identifying friction or unclear decisions, and translating findings into prioritized, actionable recommendations.

For defined audit engagements, I evaluate agreed pages, screens, and end-to-end workflows and classify findings as Keep, Change, Remove, or Add, with priorities such as Critical, Important, or Nice to Have. Material findings include clear reasoning and supporting evidence so product owners can make informed decisions rather than work from a generic checklist.

My background includes process evaluation, technical operations, workflow design, quality assurance, business analysis, research, and building and validating software products and business systems.

I prefer tightly scoped engagements with clear deliverables, timelines, and decision criteria. My goal is to give clients a practical view of what is working, what needs attention, and what should be addressed before launch.

Work Terms

I work primarily on fixed-scope, milestone-funded engagements.

Before work begins, we agree on the project scope, pages/screens, workflows, deliverables, exclusions, timeline, and materials needed to complete the engagement. Fixed-price projects must be fully funded through Guru SafePay according to the agreed milestone before work begins.

Clients are responsible for providing the agreed test environment and necessary product context in a timely manner.

Unless specifically included in the project scope, engagements do not include software implementation, production changes, security or compliance testing, user research, ongoing product management, or unlimited revisions.

Additional scope is quoted separately before work proceeds.

I communicate through Guru and provide progress or clarification updates when necessary. Final deliverables are supplied through the agreed project workspace, followed by any handoff session included in the scope.
