Eric Stenly gets involved in many education, tourism, and communication corporates as a teacher educator, career guidance and counseling (service) for the industry. He has been teaching for almost 11 years, not only online but also offline teaching in many countries such as Australia, Indonesia, Spain, and Turkey. Since he was young, he joined in many international organizations such as Asia Pacific Youth Organisation (Branch Director of Indonesia) and he got the scholarship for Harvard, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Berkeley and another university in Spain about online distance learning. Last summer 2016, he had been chosen as Young Diplomats Forum London 2016. Being Entrepreneur is another his ideal instead being academician and organization activist, he has made 33 mini snack branches (Cemilan Leko) and 3 souvenir outlets (Suroboyone Suroboyo). But now he focuses on research about organizational and interpersonal communication field with Asia, Europe and Africa Corporate meanwhile he has the class about communication and language.
