Web Designer since 2000 who has worked on websites for the FDA, USDA and D.C. Government. Looking to build small to medium websites for personal and business use.
I am an experienced web designer with over sixteen years of content management, web design and consulting experience for different agencies such as the FDA, USDA, DGS (D.C. Government) and the U.S. Army.
My usual hours are 9 to 5 but if I need to, I will work on weekends or weeknights to get a project done. Payment through the system on Guru is fine or PayPal. I have a special email setup just for this which is my preference.
