Erick Olivares is a front-end developer working in the Greater Salt Area at EKR Agency. Currently residing in Utah, Erick is a marathon runner and likes to spend his weekends watching Formula One.
Erick went to Cal State University Northridge as a mechanical engineer major in the summer of 2009. During his freshman year, he joined the student Formula team where students engineered and manufactured a race car and took it to compete at Auto Club Speedway. Eventually he changed his major to art to pursue his artistic interests.
Later he joined the Center for Visual Communication at Cal State Northridge in 2013 where he led projects for web, motion, and print design. Closely working with his professors, colleagues, and creative directors, Erick was able to expand his knowledge of web design learning modern web tech.
He currently works at EKR Agency, interacting with big name clients ranging from ABC to Google. Erick is motivated and hungry to expand his skills in web development, print design, programming, and motion graphics.
