I'm a graphic designer, illustrator, wife and mom of 3.
My priorities:
The professional relationship that I build with my client is something that I value greatly and my goal is that at the end of a project you will feel confident that you chose the right artist because not only do you will have a design you are proud to call your own, but you've enjoyed the process too!
My opinion:
Too much glitter is never enough
Work Terms
Communication:
In the beginning I find it is most helpful to talk via phone (or Skype/Facetime if that is preferred), and then once the project parameters have been set we can then communicate via text, email or phone (however, if this client is comfortable with it, texting is preferred).
Hours:
For the most part I maintain a Monday-Friday 9-4 schedule, however I know that there are rush projects, scheduling conflicts or other circumstances that might require communication or work outside of those hours. If those situations arise, that client and I work together to find a schedule that suits the needs of that project in order to meet our agreed upon deadline.
Payment
I do require all transactions to be made through guru.com to protect both sides of the work agreement.
