Work Terms

Hours of Operation & Communication
I am primarily available during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST). While I monitor messages outside these hours, all turnaround times are calculated based on this schedule. For efficient communication, I prefer to use Guru’s built-in message system or email to keep all project details documented and consolidated.

Pricing & Payment Terms
All project quotes are provided as a Fixed Price based on two main factors:

Final Word Count: My pricing is calculated per 100 words based on the final, approved script.

Usage Rights: The final price includes the necessary licensing (Commercial or Full Broadcast Rights) based on the client's intended use.

My minimum project budget is $30 USD.

Payment milestones are required to be set before the recording process begins.

Project Scope and Delivery
To guarantee a perfect first take and respect the agreed-upon deadline, I require the following at the start of the project:

Final Script: The script must be proofread and finalized. Script changes after recording will be subject to a revision fee.

Clear Direction: Specific instructions regarding the desired tone, pace, and audience.

Pronunciation Guide: Phonetic spelling or an audio clip for any unique names or jargon.

My standard delivery is within 48 hours for typical scripts. Extra Fast Delivery options are available to meet urgent deadlines.
