A unique fusion cookbook, travel-guide, and storytelling journey through vegetarian, pescatarian, and vegan Greek cuisine. With vivid imagery of olive groves, village life, and landscapes, the book explores the essence of Greek gastronomy and culture in every dish.
With over 25 years in gastronomy and hospitality, I blend culinary insight with visual artistry to create cookbooks that tell a story—one seasoned with taste, scent, and sight. My FineArt | VISION photography adds depth and context to each narrative, creating a seamless connection between meal and memory.
I also lead PhotoVoice workshops, where my books serve as catalysts for participants to explore culinary and cultural storytelling. My mission is to craft experiences—textual and visual—that authentically resonate with readers and participants.
Work Terms
Working hours: Mon–Sun, 10 AM–6 PM CET.
Response window: I typically reply within 12–24 hours on business days.

Payment Terms
Hourly Rate: €45/hr (or fixed-fee per project/milestone on request).
Invoicing Schedule: Weekly or bi-weekly (per prior agreement).
Payment terms: Payment due within 14 days of invoice date.
Early payment discount: 2% discount if paid within 7 days.
