I am Igor Rezende Ferreira; 34 year old Brazilian with more than 10 years of professional industry knowledge and experience in Graphic Design and Communication Strategies.
I have spent my career so far working in a variety of different companies. I possess a complete understanding of every step of things visual design. In more than 10 years of my career, I can say with confidence that I have total comprehension of graphic design, like how to combine text and images, colour pallete, form, symbols and other elements. Also details like balance, unity, space, scale, grid and interaction...basically how to create a solid layout.
An expert in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Power Point and Lightroom, I am also proficient in HTML and CSS.
I am focused, organised, self-motivated, creative and precise, so much so that my friends and colleagues often refer to me as ‘Mr Millimetre’ because of my keen eye for detail. I work well under pressure, often juggling multiple projects and managing tight deadlines. I pride myself on having never delivered a late project.
I am a strong team member, working well with colleagues across different departments, giving and receiving feedback and supporting my workmates. A strong communicator with a great deal of experience in doing so online, thanks to my freelance and remote work.
My time outside of the office has allowed me to expand and broaden my vision, to become more creative, drawing on influences from other cultures and seeing things in a different light. My work is modern, stylish and industry focused, yet always versatile. I understand the concept of design and layout composition, in other words the arrangement of elements to create balance and unity in the artwork.
