20+ years assisting counsel on cases in the Probate and Family Court matters in Massachusetts as well as the District and Superior Courts of Massachusetts on various criminal and civil litigation matters (contract, personal injury, etc.,); assisting counsel in the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts also having assisted in matters within the District of New Hampshire and Southern District of New York; assisting counsel on appeals in the Appeals Court of Massachusetts and Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts; assisting counsel on appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit; and have served as Executor of two complex Estates.
