Work Terms
Project Scope – All deliverables, timelines, and requirements will be agreed upon before starting. Any additional requests outside the original scope may require a revision of the timeline or added cost.
Communication – Regular updates will be provided through email, chat, or your preferred platform. Quick responses ensure smooth collaboration.
Revisions – Each project includes up to 2–3 rounds of revisions (depending on package). Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.
Turnaround Time – Standard delivery times vary depending on project size. Rush orders are available with an added fee.
Payments – A 50% upfront deposit is required to begin, with the balance due upon completion and approval of final files.
File Delivery – Final files will be delivered in the agreed format (e.g., Word, PDF, PNG, JPG, MP4, etc.) after full payment is received.
Ownership & Usage – Once full payment is made, the client holds complete rights to the final approved work. Drafts and unused concepts remain my property.
