Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an
effective and efficient manner
Research and Design devices and solutions with the team for clients as per their
requirement
Prepare budget and maintain inventory based on the scope of work and resource
requirements
Track project costs to meet budget
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates consistently to different stakeholders about strategy,
adjustments, and progress
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and
communicating expected deliverables
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire
project execution.
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Perform Quality Assurance of Hardware and Software both to verify the efficiency
of the complete solution and project

Responsible for smooth operations of the service department and supervise
services team
Responsible for Integration, Configuration, firmware updates, testing and
troubleshooting of Tracking, IoT (Internet of Things) devices, Teltonika Routers &
Attendance Machines.
Responsible for troubleshooting of IT-related issues with in the Organization like
the Internet, Printers, Operating Systems, Servers, PCs Laptops and Emails etc
Trained clients on software and hardware related to Tracking, Routers, IoT,
Attendance machine and other Teltonika product
