Work Terms

I am available Monday to Saturday, typically between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM (WAT), and I respond to messages within 24 hours, with urgent projects discussed in advance for priority attention. All payments are processed securely through Guru, and I require a 50% upfront milestone payment before starting any project, with the remaining balance released upon completion and approval; for larger projects such as ebooks or long-form content, payments are structured into milestones based on agreed project stages, and I do not begin full delivery without funded milestones. I prefer clear and structured communication within the platform to ensure proper documentation, respond professionally during working hours, and work best when clients provide detailed instructions, references, or examples before the project begins, while also welcoming specific and constructive feedback for smooth revisions; for more complex projects, I may request brief check-ins to ensure alignment on tone, direction, and expectations.
