Excel, CSV & PDF Data Automation Specialist
I help businesses turn messy spreadsheets, PDFs and operational data into clean, reliable and usable outputs. My work covers Excel and CSV cleaning, duplicate and missing-value checks, PDF-to-Excel extraction, data validation, reporting, and repeatable automation with Python or VBA.
I have practical experience working with ERP, SAP, WMS and logistics-related data and understand that business data must be accurate, traceable and easy to review. Deliverables can include the cleaned source file, an exceptions list, a concise quality report and, where useful, a reusable automation script.
I focus on clearly scoped projects that can be delivered quickly and tested carefully. Before starting, I confirm the input format, required output, validation rules and deadline so there are no surprises. Small projects can often be completed within 24–48 hours.
Work Terms
Availability: Monday–Saturday, Central European Time.
Before work begins, we agree on the sample input, exact scope, output format, deadline and acceptance criteria. Small, clearly scoped tasks can usually be delivered within 24–48 hours.
Communication and payment remain on Guru. Work begins after the agreement and SafePay funding are confirmed. One reasonable correction round within the agreed scope is included; new requirements or additional files are quoted separately. Client data is handled confidentially and deleted after project completion when requested.
