Construction cost estimation, Material takeoff and bills of Quantity

I am a Civil Engineer with a specialization in Quantity Surveying who has worked in all building trades in the different areas.

For the past three years, I've worked with a Government General Contractor on a variety of megaprojects, including commercial and residential, all of which followed the CSI Master Format. I recently finished Columbia University's online course "Construction Cost Estimating and Cost Control." I am a skilled user of Bluebeam, MS Office, and Adobe PDF, among other programs.

Work Terms

For a small residential project, I can deliver within 2 days.
