My name is Muhamad Farhan Aidil Bin Abu Zaharin, and I am a 22-year-old undergraduate currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (Investment). I am in my sixth semester and am committed to continuously improving both my academic knowledge and professional skills. Originally from Subang Jaya, Selangor, I have always been passionate about learning, personal development, and exploring opportunities that allow me to grow as an individual. I believe that hard work, discipline, and a positive attitude are the keys to achieving both personal and professional success. These values have guided me throughout my educational journey and continue to shape my career aspirations.
Throughout my studies, I have gained a solid understanding of business management, investment principles, financial planning, marketing, and organizational behavior. My academic experience has strengthened my analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities while teaching me the importance of teamwork and effective decision-making. Working on group projects and presentations has also improved my confidence in collaborating with others and managing responsibilities under tight deadlines. I enjoy learning new concepts and applying them in practical situations, especially those related to business operations and administrative support.
Before focusing on building my career as a Virtual Assistant, I gained valuable working experience in the food and beverage industry. I worked as a barista, where I developed excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills. Working in a fast-paced environment taught me how to remain calm under pressure while ensuring customers received the best possible experience. I also worked in a Western food restaurant, where I further enhanced my teamwork, adaptability, and time management skills. These experiences helped me understand the importance of professionalism, responsibility, and maintaining high standards in every task I perform.
I am passionate about becoming a reliable Virtual Assistant because I enjoy helping others stay organized and productive. I am confident in using Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar, as well as Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. In addition, I have experience using Canva to create professional presentations and simple marketing materials, along with CapCut for basic video editing. I am always willing to learn new software and digital tools that can improve my efficiency and allow me to provide better support to clients.
