Self Discipline with in dept knowledge in Sales, Business Development & Sales Coaching & Loyalty Program

I have been working for 20 yrs ++ in many multinational company such Xerox, FedEx, UPS and Sodexo. Focus on developing sales team and enhance market share of the business. I have been closed the deal responsible for an assigned sales plan requiring the generation of new business within existing or new accounts and the retention of existing accounts. I coaches sales team members and addresses strengths and weaknesses in their performance to broaden their sales skills and move them forward in their careers. Awarded with World Champion 2012 & 2013 as Recognition of Outstanding Performance with YoY 106.48 % & 108.06% This position drives results in key areas of the Business Development business plan, including profit, revenue growth, administration, and reporting. Key tasks are as follow:

1. Managed Area Sales Activities (Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Bali, Batam):
a. Communicates market trends and competitor information to support the sales team in opportunity development.
b. Shares feedback on market issues with senior management to establish local Business Development initiatives.
3. Conducts weekly reviews about lost and at risk business to identify issues and create corrective action plans.
4. Managed & Developed Sales Team Member:
5. Manages resources and people processes (e.g., Quality Performance Review [QPR], Career Development, Training, Staffing, etc.) to ensure the day to day administration of processes and formal procedures.
6. Identifies individual and team skill gaps and developmental opportunities (e.g., training, special assignments, conferences, projects, etc.) to facilitate individual and team development.
7. Conducts frequent performance evaluations in a consistent, fair, and objective manner to facilitate open communication and encourage continuous performance improvement.
8. Coaches others and provides on-going feedback and support to improve performance.
9. Performs on The Job Supervision / Coaching
