I work with QuickBooks, Xero, and Zoho, supporting service businesses, e-commerce brands, and growing companies with monthly bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll support, data cleanup, and system migrations. Alongside bookkeeping, I design smart automations using Zapier and Google Sheets to reduce manual work and errors.

I’ve handled thousands of transactions, multiple businesses, and ongoing payroll operations, with a strong focus on clean records and reliable reporting.

Work Terms

I work with clearly defined scope and agreed deliverables before starting any project.

Access to required software, data, and documents must be provided on time to avoid delays.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope will require a separate agreement or milestone.

Payments are structured per milestone or hourly, as agreed before work begins.

Partial payments may apply for completed work if a project is paused, delayed, or stopped due to missing access, late responses, or technical issues beyond my control.

All bookkeeping and automation work is delivered in draft or review mode first, where applicable, for client approval.

Confidentiality of client data is strictly maintained at all times.

Clear and timely communication is expected to ensure smooth project delivery.
