Work Terms

These terms outline the scope of services and mutual responsibilities for your interior design project, aiming for a smooth collaboration.
Key Project Terms
Scope of Work:
Specific design services (consultations, conceptual design, space planning, material selection, renderings, procurement, site visits) will be detailed in a separate Project Proposal and Letter of Agreement. Work outside this scope requires additional agreement and fees.
Fees & Payments:
Design fees, in the Project Proposal, are phased: initial retainer, then milestone payments. Final payment is due upon completion. Fees are non-refundable once a phase begins.
Client Responsibilities:
Your timely feedback, prompt design approvals, and site access are crucial. You're responsible for accurate information provided. Client-caused delays may impact timelines and incur charges.
Procurement:
I can assist with sourcing furniture, fixtures, and materials as your agent.
Project Timeline:
An estimated timeline will be in the Project Proposal, subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or delays. Significant adjustments will be communicated promptly.
Revisions:
The Project Proposal specifies included revisions per phase. Excessive or significant changes to approved designs may incur additional fees. All change requests must be in writing.
Confidentiality:
All design concepts and intellectual property remain my property until full payment. Both parties agree to keep project information confidential.
Termination:
Either party can terminate for material breach with written notice. You'll be billed for services rendered up to termination.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
