My standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT). During this time, I am fully available for active projects, communication, and progress updates. Limited availability may be offered on weekends when required for ongoing engagements or time-sensitive work, but this is discussed in advance.
All payments are handled securely through the Guru platform in accordance with agreed hourly or milestone-based terms. Work begins only after the project scope is clearly defined, expectations are aligned, and funds are properly secured within the platform. This approach ensures transparency, protects both parties, and allows me to focus fully on delivering high-quality, professional results. I value clear agreements and do not proceed without confirmed terms, as this helps maintain a smooth and productive working relationship.
Communication is an important part of my workflow. I communicate primarily through email (Gmail) and the Guru messaging system to ensure clarity, proper documentation, and reliable follow-up. I prioritize clear, respectful, and professional communication and aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. Regular updates are provided as needed, and I encourage open discussion to ensure alignment throughout the project.
