To ensure a seamless collaboration and high-quality results, I operate under the following terms:
Payment & Security:
All payments must be handled through Guru’s SafePay system to ensure mutual protection.
Communication Channels:
Guru WorkRoom is my primary channel for all project-related updates, file sharing, and official communication.
I am available for video/voice consultations (scheduled in advance) to discuss complex sourcing requirements or technical specifications.
Turnaround Time:
Translation/Localization: Typically 24–48 hours for standard volumes.
Sourcing Research: Complex reports usually require 3–5 business days for thorough verification and mapping.
Availability:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+8).
Limited availability on weekends; however, urgent requests from existing clients will be prioritized.
Operating Procedure:
Step 1: Initial consultation to define scope (Product specs, RFQs, or Translation tone).
Step 2: Proposal and SafePay deposit.
Step 3: Execution and iterative updates.
