Work Terms
Our Development Approach:
We follow an Agile Development Methodology in our project . This methodology provides opportunities to assess the direction throughout the development life-cycle which is achieved through regular cadences of work, known as Sprints.
Our Payment Terms:
We charge 20% up front and for the remaining payment we follow Guru milestone model.
Quality & Assurance:
Our Quality and Assurance Engineers would lay out a test plan in conjunction with your requirements. This Phase would ensure that there are no anomalies in the solution at the point of deployment. The phase would also address the ability of the application to handle a range of inputs from a small no. of inputs to a large number of inputs. All quality and assurance tasks would happen at our development facility(alpha-testing).
Support:
We will provide free support for a month after deployment for bugs and issue resolution. Deployment of the application will be our responsibility.We can provide an annual maintenance contract at very nominal rate for continuous support.
Communication:
Any queries raised by you will be addressed in no more than 24 hours.
You will have all the contact details like Skype ID, Cellular phone No. and email ID of developers and Scrum Master. We will send you regular emails and conduct weekly review meetings in order to keep you up to date with the progress/development.
