I strongly believe that there is no one size fits all approach to pedagogy and learning. Therefore, I constantly need to know my student's backgrounds, ethnicity, cultures, religions and capabilities to provide quality and engaging learning experiences to engage and challenge all students.
When teaching my students I plan and implement a variety of teaching pedagogy to emphasis engaged learning, communication, literacy, numeracy, collaboration and problem-solving through a range of technologies. Alongside this, I constantly seek opportunities to make learning connected and incorporate cross-curriculum priorities and by providing multiple ways that students can learn with technology and real-life contexts which lays the foundation tools that students will need to think creatively, logically and metacognitively.
As an active and sociable individual, I enjoy writing and love reading romance novels with happy endings. I have written and self-published two contemporary romance novels under the pseudonym Victoria Goldstone and working on my third book.
