Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+7, Vietnam time).
Messages received outside these hours will be responded to on the next working day. For urgent projects, please mention it in your first message — I do my best to accommodate.
Response Time:
I typically respond within 4 to 8 hours during working days. First-time inquiries receive priority.
Project Timeline:
• Basic package: 3 to 5 business days
• Standard package: 5 to 7 business days
• Premium package: 7 to 10 business days
Timelines start once full brief and assets are received from the client. Rush delivery is available upon request.
Payment Terms:
• Projects under $200: Full payment upfront
• Projects $200 and above: 50% upfront, 50% on final delivery
• All payments processed securely through the platform
• No partial work is shared before payment confirmation
Communication Style:
I prefer clear, written communication through the platform's messaging system. This keeps our project history organized and easy to reference. For complex briefs, I'm happy to schedule a brief video call to align on vision.
Revision Policy:
Each package includes revisions until the result aligns with your brief. I work collaboratively to refine the direction rather than restart from scratch. Significant scope changes beyond the original brief may require an adjusted quote.
