Fred created a professional brochure that captured the essence of my business. His approach worked well. He gave me a rough draft for me to get comfortable with the layout. He took my feedback and created a piece that only needed two small changes. This is really impressive since he didn't have much direction from me in the beginning. Lastly, he followed up with me to ensure the files were workable for my printer. I appreciate his professionalism and creativity.
