1. Service Scope & Expertise

Specializing in business operations support, supply chain & inventory management, POS setup & optimization, process documentation, and data-driven reporting (Excel/Google Sheets/Looker Studio).

Dedicated to high-accuracy execution, data integrity, and building clean administrative workflows that keep your business running smoothly.

2. Availability & Capacity

Weekly Limit: Up to 35 hours per week.

Working Hours: Flexible across standard global time zones; available for real-time syncs, project standups, and prompt daily messaging updates.

3. Rates & Billing

Standard Hourly Rate: $35 / hour.
The Rate can be negotiable depending on the scope of the work

Billing Structure: Billed weekly via platform time-tracker for hourly contracts or structured through clear escrow milestones for fixed-price projects.

4. Communication & Collaboration

Style: Proactive, transparent, and direct. You will receive regular progress updates, clear project milestones, and immediate flagging of any operational bottlenecks.

Preferred Channels: Platform messaging (zoon ,whatsup and direct calls) for official record-keeping, complemented by async updates, structured summary notes, or scheduled video calls for alignment.
