Work Terms

I work 5-6 days a week and keep flexible hours. However, I am only available for meetings at prescheduled intervals and communication from 9am to 5pm Central Standard Times.

I tend to have a number of projects on my plate at any given moment, so it is essential that you establish a firm deadline with me so that I can organize my workflow to deliver early or on time. I charge extra for rush jobs, but can usually deliver on a very tight deadline need be.

My work is meticulous and clean, which means I deliver it to you ready for action. I provide one round of edits on any job, but I must bill additionally for any edits beyond that.

I consider it part of my job to research your company or brand to establish a voice and tone that matches. I do SEO mapping for all keyword-heavy jobs, and will generally do some SEO research even if you provide a list. No job is too small for me to take seriously and perform to the highest standard.

Making you look good in writing is what I do, and if you don't look good, I don't look good!
