I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about using someone from South Africa (or any other continent for that matter) as being computer illiterate, will their software work with "American" software, will they use have the same programs, etc. Now I know they were dumb thoughts. Before I even assigned Frans the job he was coming up with ideas, showing his enthusiasm for the job. Well in a nutshell... he did a GREAT job, with VERY QUICK turn around and will use him again. YOU WILL ENJOY WORKING WITH THIS PERSON !!
