Garcia served as Vice President Program Development for The Summit Group. As a principal in the vendor management consulting firm Garcia Obrock LLC, and as managing partner for Austin VoiceTech, a unified communications services provider, Garcia brings a broad view of business issues and industry knowledge. Garcia has led the development of The Summit Group's Blended Learning Initiative and has successfully developed and delivered various Value Centered programs for such customers as Xerox, Cisco, and others.

Frederick Garcia was Sales Vice President and Director of Sales for the AT&T Global Services Division. Prior to that assignment, Garcia was VP of Sales for the AT&T Profiles Program in Northern Ohio. He began his career in marketing for Southwestern Bell Telephone in San Antonio, Texas. Before joining AT&T, he held a marketing manager position with Pacific Northwest Bell in Seattle, Washington, and was assigned to the Bell Labs transition program as a Senior AT&T Fellow.

Garcia was educated at the University of Wisconsin (Madison), University of California (Berkeley), The College of Mount Saint Joseph’s on the Ohio, and the University of Texas, San Antonio. He holds a degree in physics and a bachelor’s business administration, and is a graduate of the United States Navy Nuclear Propulsion Engineering School.
