Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation / Availability
As an independent freelancer, I maintain flexible hours to accommodate clients in different time zones while protecting work-life balance and delivering high-quality results.

Core working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Bangladesh Time (+06:00 timezone). This is my primary availability window for meetings, calls, real-time responses, and active collaboration.
Response time: I aim to respond to all messages and emails within 24 hours during core working hours (often faster). Outside these hours, responses may take up to 48 hours.
Weekends and holidays: I generally do not work or respond to project-related messages on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Bangladesh (including major national and religious holidays such as Eid). Urgent matters can be discussed in advance for exceptions.
After-hours / emergency support: Available only by prior arrangement and subject to additional fees (e.g., rush or overtime rates at 1.5× standard rate).
Time zone consideration: All times are in Bangladesh Time (BST, UTC+6). Please convert to your local time when scheduling.

Clients are encouraged to schedule meetings or calls during my core hours to ensure prompt attention. I do not guarantee instant availability outside these windows.
