**Work Terms**

**Scope of Work**
I provide editing, refinement, and communication improvement services for healthcare and medical documents. This includes tone adjustment, clarity improvement, structure enhancement, formatting, and compliance-aligned language edits. I do not provide medical, legal, or clinical advice, and all clinical content must be verified by qualified experts.

**Deliverables**
Projects include an edited file, a clean version, and optional recommendations for readability, structure, or compliance-appropriate terminology. Deliverables and formats will be confirmed before work begins.

**Timeline**
Turnaround depends on document length and complexity. I will provide an estimated delivery date before starting. Rush requests may include an additional fee.

**Communication**
All communication will be through Guru unless otherwise agreed. I respond within 24 hours and provide updates for longer or multi-stage projects.

**Revisions**
Each project includes one revision as long as it remains within the original scope. Additional revisions or new content requests may require added cost.

**Confidentiality**
All materials are treated as confidential and will not be shared or distributed.

**Payment Terms**
Work begins once SafePay funds are deposited. Final files are delivered upon payment approval. Hourly or fixed-price arrangements are available.

**Professional Boundaries**
My role is editorial and communication-focused. I refine clarity, tone, consistency, structure, and compliance alignment. I do not create clinical claims, interpret medical data, or provide regulatory or clinical decision-making.

**Ongoing Work**
For repeat or long-term projects—such as SOPs, compliance documentation, or training materials—retainer agreements or ongoing support packages can be arranged.
