• Business Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM IST (Flexible overlap with US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and Australia).

• Communication: Guru Messages, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Email, and WhatsApp for project coordination.

• Project Methodology: Discovery Workshop → Business Analysis → Solution Design → Agile Development → Quality Assurance → Deployment → Support.
