I have been helping small business grow online since 2000 and have the skills needed to assist you in all forms of online development. I specialize in PHP / MySQL development and I am well versed in HTML5 AND CSS3 as well as javascript and javascript frameworks. I communicate clearly and often and when I start a job I get it done.

Work Terms

I am available via phone, email, ICQ and text. I bill based on the work completed in 30 minute intervals. For jobs with a clearly defined time frame and budged, I expect 25% down with another 25% to be paid at the mid-way point and the final 50% due upon completion. For ongoing work, I bill monthly. I try to make myself available to fit your schedule. However, I am based in Pennsylvania and tend to work hours anywhere between 8am and 11pm EST. I can accommodate other schedules for projects that require it, but I can not maintain hours outside of that for long periods of time.
