IT & Business Project Manager | End-to-end project delivery
I am a Project Manager with experience delivering end-to-end initiatives. I help bring structure, clarity, and progress to projects, from early definition through execution.
I lead cross-functional, remote and multidisciplinary teams, working with both business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements, constraints, and objectives into clear scope, actionable plans, and executable deliverables.
I have managed different types of initiatives, including product-related projects, digital channels, process improvement and regulatory. I work with Agile, Waterfall, SAFe and hybrid approaches, adapting the delivery model to the context and needs of each project.
I value transparency, open communication, and practical execution. My goal is to help teams deliver reliable results, even in complex environments.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, working out and hiking. It helps me reset and stay focused.

I can adapt to the client’s preferred tools and ways of working, prioritizing widely used and practical platforms and work with different project management frameworks based on project needs.
Time Zone
I work with clients across different time zones, with a reasonable daily overlap within standard working hours.
