Work Terms

🕒 Hours of Operation:
Our studio operates from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM (GMT+6). We observe Sunday as a weekly off to ensure our team stays refreshed and delivers the highest quality work. For urgent matters outside business hours, please feel free to reach out in advance—we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

💰 Payment Terms:

A 10% upfront payment is required to commence work, securing your project slot.

The remaining 50% is payable upon project completion and your final approval.

Payments can be made securely through Guru.com SafePay or other mutually agreed methods.

Any requests for revisions or additional work beyond the original scope will be discussed and billed separately.

📞 Communication:

We prefer to communicate primarily via Guru.com messaging for efficient project tracking and clarity.

Our response time is typically within 12 business hours during working days.

For detailed consultations, video or voice calls can be scheduled by prior arrangement.

⏳ Delivery Timeline:

Standard projects are delivered within 24 to 48 hours of commencement.

For bulk or complex assignments, timelines will be customized and mutually agreed upon before starting.

🔄 Revisions Policy:

Unlimited revisions are offered within the agreed scope until you are completely satisfied.

Major changes or scope expansions may affect delivery time and incur additional fees.

🔐 Confidentiality:

We strictly uphold 100% confidentiality of all client images and project materials.
