My name is Gangi Reddy, after serving as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and then in the IT dept as Unix Administrator with Indian Air Force, I moved on to the corporate world with my tenure at CSC, HCL and as Technical Delivery Manager with Capgemini. I am currently Co-founder of DLTContraZ, a blockchain based start-up working on transforming the property transaction value chain in the UK.
In my 19 years of experience, I have expertise across Unix, Storage/Data Protection, Azure Cloud Computing, and have led large IT infrastructure transformation programs for clients in multiple industries. My greatest strengths are learning new technologies quickly, perfection towards delivering tasks assigned to me, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and people skills, part of which comes from my ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality.

I enjoy working on IT infrastructure transformation programs, which I have had the opportunity to execute for several years now. I have always had a strong connection to IT infrastructure services delivery management, and project management leveraging my in-depth skills and expertise in these areas.
We all know each project is unique with its own challenges. It's the challenges that brings out my talent and experience! I personally like to work in IT infrastructure transformation and cloud migrations programs which have many challenges, bottlenecks, risks. Particularly, while I was working in one of the transformation projects, It had its own challenges managing various cross-functional teams, 3rd party vendors who have their own agenda and work culture.
