Work Terms

Our goal is a transparent and long-term partnership. Here is how we work:

1. Communication & Availability:

We are available Mon-Sat during standard business hours (IST).

For International Clients: We ensure a 4-hour overlap with US/UK/European time zones for daily meetings.

We communicate via Guru Messages, Zoom, or Google Meet.

2. Payment Structure (SafePay):

We strictly follow Guru’s SafePay policy.

Small Projects ($500): 100% Escrow before starting.

Large Projects: We break them into milestones (e.g., 30% Start, 30% Beta, 40% Final Delivery).

3. Code Ownership:

Once the final payment is released, 100% of the Source Code and Intellectual Property (IP) belongs to the Client. We claim no ownership.

4. Post-Delivery Support:

We provide 30 Days of Free Bug Support after the final delivery to ensure your app runs smoothly.
