Fusion 360 CAD designer & FDM 3D print specialist. 15-machine in-house print farm. Functional parts, enclosures, mounts & consumer products — delivered print-tested from day one.
I design functional 3D-printable products using Fusion 360 and test them on my in-house 15-machine Bambu Lab print farm before delivery.
I've worked on everything from product enclosures and custom brackets to multi-part snap-fit assemblies and consumer product development — including products that reached number 1 on Amazon UK by both volume and rating.
What I deliver is different from most CAD freelancers: every file is print-tested, not just modelled. I catch tolerance and fit issues before you do, which means fewer revision rounds and files you can take straight to production.
Services include: product enclosures and housings, custom mounts and brackets, snap-fit assemblies, consumer product development, reverse engineering from photos or samples, and design for manufacture (DFM) — covering wall thickness, print orientation, material choice, and tolerance guidance.
Files delivered in STEP, STL, and 3MF formats as standard. I can also advise on print settings, material selection, and post-processing.
Work Terms
I work UK business hours (GMT), Monday to Friday, and respond to messages within a few hours.
For fixed-price projects: I provide a quote after understanding the full scope. Clear dimensions, reference images, or a sample file are needed before I can give an accurate estimate — a photo or rough sketch is usually enough to get started.
Deliverables: STEP, STL, and 3MF files as standard. Additional formats on request.
Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are included in every project. Significant scope changes are quoted separately.
I work via Guru SafePay milestones. For larger projects I ask for a deposit before starting work.
