Work Terms

Scope of Service (Well defined based on project)
For medical writin will provide professional medical writing services, which may include:
Manuscript drafting and editing
Clinical study reports (CSRs)
Protocol or investigator brochure development
Regulatory writing (e.g., IBs, ICFs, CTDs)
Literature review and referencing
PowerPoint presentations or scientific slide decks
Translator
Deliverables will be provided in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or PDF format, as specified.

2. Timeline & Deadlines

Project will begin on date the contract is signed and initial deliverables will be submitted by estimated submission date after discussion with client.
Revisions (if any, max 2) will be delivered within 3 business days after receiving client feedback. Any revisions beyond this scope may be billed at $ 30 per hour or a flat fee.

3. Compensation & Payment Terms
The agreed rate for services, flat fee OR Hourly rate: $ 150/hour, estimated total based on project requirements and no of hours invested.

Payment due: 50% upfront, 50% upon final delivery

Payment accepted via e.g., bank transfer, Gpay or other payment apps.

All project-related communication will occur via mail or Zoom. Typical response time- within 24 hours on business.
