Productive self-starter with a strong work ethic as a team lead, constantly achieves goals under massive pressure.

Started off in 2009 as a service Engineer, stiudied IT Support and kept practicing, worked with multiple organizations through BCI (my Employeer) as Backup Engineer and then Sr. Engineer after which i was promoted to serve as Co-ordinator IT support leading the team, and then Head of the dept.

I enjoy IT support it has always been a passion, which is why, work never seemed to be Hectic no matter what. to keep my self learning new gadgets and support issues and keeping my self busy. I am now trying freelancing aswell.
